. The matter of roof was discussed and motion to confer with Mr. Sutton was made and recorded
. Motion made and seconded that a filing cabinet be purchased. Carried
. Mrs. A. J. Brown's resignation was accepted and Mr. Wells Curdy was elected as janitor
. The matter of decorating the museum room was discussed and motion to do necessary repairs was made. Carried

On motion, it was decided to send our Librarian, Mrs. Van Slyke, as a delegate to convention at Grand Rapids in Oct.
On motion, it was decided that we increase salary of Janitor fr. $60.00 to $70.00 per month from and after the 25th of Sept, 1929.
The Janitor is also to be reimbursed $10.00 for extra help in caring for the grounds.
